Season 2025
This season Eemeli will continue in the FIM Endurance World Championship but will return to Honda in the TRT27 team! In addition, Eemeli will drive the Imatranajot with Kove / Velt Motocenter.
What is the most important goal for you in the coming season and why does it matter most to you?
The aim is to have another good and strong season. The calendar is still not completely set in stone, but we know that the asphalt will be swallowed with a smile on our lips. Of course, with age and entrepreneurship comes the goal of keeping injuries at bay, and good equipment and smart driving weighs heavily in this goal. However, the main goal is always, as it was every year before, to do such a good job that your career continues and is within the world of motorcycling until retirement age!
GEAR USED BY THE RIDER
MT KRE+ S Pure A1 Gloss Carbon
It's hard to find a more affordable FIM-approved helmet for top drivers than this! The affordability is not reflected in the quality, nor in the construction, but this is a truly incredible helmet for both street and race use. The MT KRE+ S helmet is at home on motorways and track days thanks to its aerodynamic design. This is the helmet model Pedro Acosta used to win the Moto2 World Championship in 2023.
Eemeli's comments: The helmet fits my head shape perfectly. The air vents are good and practical, and can be worn with gloves on easily. Doesn't fog up on my own use of the visor in the rain either. In fact, this is the first helmet where you don't have to use the muzzle in rainy weather to keep the moisture out. Changing the visor is a bit time consuming as you need a tool to do it. If you don't have more than one helmet then this is something to be prepared for! All in all a very good helmet for the price.

SWEEP RACING GEAR
SWEEP GPR2 CUSTOMIZED AIRBAG COMPATIBLE LEATHER SUIT
SWEEP RACING GEAR
SWEEP GP-R racing gloves
The SWEEP GP-R is Sweep's official racing glove designed specifically for track use, but also extremely suitable for the street. If you want the best protection and fit Sweep has to offer then the GP-R is your glove. The GP-R is Kevlar-reinforced internally, meaning it resists abrasion far better than a standard leather glove.
Eemel's comments. This latest glove model is by far the best so far of all the Sweep gloves I've raced with so far. The tension is in the right place, doesn't interfere too much with wrist movement. The controls give a really good feel and feedback to the fingers. Took well to Imatra, all the tests and the race and no visible wear. Also avoided abrasions and blisters even though quite a few laps were driven during the 24h race. The best of all the products Sweep has used so far. I wouldn't change even if I could get 3x more expensive gloves from Alpinestars. For me they are like made and made to measure. At the same time feels protective, but also felt like you could almost have brain surgery with these on.
Gianni Falco Elite GP racing shoes, black
The Elite GP racing boots are Gianni Falcon's most advanced boots for serious riders and track days. The Micro-Synth mechanism provides significant ankle support, and the Air-Tech lining allows for breathability and moisture transfer. Features:– Removable liner with Eso-Motion 2.2 joint and D30 ankle protection cups.– Polyurethane molded dual-compound shin plate and heel cup.– Polyurethane molded calf protector with micro-adjustable metal buckle.– Vibram racing rubber sole with integrated and replaceable Nylon slider.
Comments from Eemeli: At first the gear lever tread felt slippery against the footpeg, with use the surface wore down and it started to hold and work better. Otherwise I really liked the inner shoe solution, it felt sturdy and protective. The interchangeable pieces in the shoe are top notch. Cleverly designed tread pieces too. I had to tighten the screws on the inner shoe to get it to hold at first, but after tightening it started to work. Overall, I really liked the shoes, and felt like the ankle was moving in just the right direction and not moving where you don't want it to.
