Product availability is indicated in our online store as follows:

Produst in our retail shop can't be reserved through webshop and we can't guarantee 100% availability even if the status is "(Green) Available immediately". Availability information is updated from the main warehouse and the shop several times a day, and the online store maintains its own availability data with every order.
If a product is marked as "ORDER PRODUCT", it is generally not stocked even in the importer's warehouse but is ordered from the manufacturer as needed. Delivery times vary significantly, and a certain delivery date usually cannot be provided.
If a product is marked as "DISCONTINUING PRODUCT", the manufacturing or stocking of the product has ended, and once the current stock is depleted, the product will no longer be available.
All parcel shipments are subject to barcode tracking. You can check the location of your package on the carrier's website using the tracking code provided.
The shipping cost is based on the total weight of the order and the destination area. The online store displays the prices for various shipping options at checkout once the delivery address has been entered.

Return Policy and Instructions
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, consumers have a 14-day right to cancel an order from the receipt of the goods. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. The return value of a used product is determined on a case-by-case basis, but it cannot exceed 70% of the value of a new product.
How to make a return:
- Pack the product properly in the same package it arrived in, using the same cushioning materials.
- Fill out the return form carefully. This can be found on the back of the delivery note. If the original delivery note is lost, you can create a free-form note (including your name, contact information, order number, reason for return, and bank account number for the refund).
- Take the package to a service point and provide the return code below:

Important: The returned packaging must be flawless. Do not tape or write anything directly on the product's original sales box (e.g., helmet box). The sales packaging is part of the product, so always protect it with a separate shipping box (e.g., the one used for the original delivery).
