Paytrail Oyj (Paytrail) is a payment institution under the supervision of the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority and acts as a payment service provider for merchants. Paytrail forwards payments from customers (consumers, companies or institutions) to merchants. Payments can be made using payment methods supported or produced by Paytrail in its payment service, which the merchant has agreed to use through Paytrail's service. The merchant is notified of a successful payment immediately.

Paytrail collects the IP address, payment method and payment date in connection with a payment transaction.

You have a right of return under the Consumer Protection Act, which you can exercise by dealing directly with the merchant.

In the bank's online service, Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient. The payment is paid to the merchant. For card payments, Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient on the card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. In cases of complaints, we ask you to primarily contact the product supplier.
