Service Description
Paytrail Plc (Paytrail) is a payment institution supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority, acting as a payment service provider for merchants. Paytrail transmits the customer’s (consumer, company, or organization) payments to the merchant. Payments can be made using the payment methods supported by Paytrail’s service, which the merchant has agreed to activate through Paytrail. The merchant is notified of successful payments immediately.
During payment processing, Paytrail collects the IP address, payment method, and payment time.
Right of Return
You have the right of return under consumer protection law, which you can exercise directly with the merchant.
Information on Payment Methods
In online banking, the payee is shown as Paytrail Plc. The payment is then forwarded to the merchant. For card payments, Paytrail Plc appears as the payee on the card statement and forwards the payment to the merchant. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.
