Making a Reclamation

Products sold by Eurobiker are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you suspect your product has a warranty defect, always fill out the reclamation form first.

2. Wait for instructions:

We will process your claim and contact you as soon as possible with further instructions and your RMA reference number. At that time, we will provide detailed instructions regarding the potential return or repair of the product.

NOTE: Do not send the product before we have contacted you.

General Warranty Terms

The warranty is NOT valid if:
  • The product was damaged in an accident.
  • Modifications have been made to the product outside of Eurobiker's sewing shop.
  • Harmful chemicals were used or care instructions were neglected.
  • The product has been exposed to excessive UV radiation or has been misused.

The delivery note included with your package serves as your warranty certificate.
