Making a Reclamation
Eurobiker is responsible for the quality of the products it sells. If there is something wrong with your product, always fill out the reclamation form first.

We will process your report and contact you as soon as possible with further instructions and your RMA reference number. We will then provide more detailed instructions for the possible return or repair of the product.
General Warranty Terms
- The product has been damaged in an accident.
- Modifications have been made to the product elsewhere than in Eurobiker's sewing shop.
- Harmful chemicals have been used or care instructions have been neglected.
- The product has been exposed to excessive UV radiation or has been misused.
The delivery note received with the package serves as your warranty certificate.
