Refund policy

Unused products purchased from the online store always have a 14-day right to exchange and return inside Finland. For returns outside from Finland contact us by email first.

The package that comes with the order has return instructions.

We do not accept cash on delivery shipments and do not pick up packages left at the store for collection.
Remember to include at least your group information and the reason for the return or information about the product to be exchanged with the return. We recommend including the original package (or a copy).

You can also return the order directly to our store. Any refund of payment will always be made through the same channel as the original payment.

If you want to return a used product, this must always be agreed in advance. The refund value of a used, saleable product is determined when we receive the product for examination. The refund value of a used product is a maximum of 70% of the value of the new product.

In the event of an exchange, we reserve the right to refund the price of the returned product if a similar product of the same price range is no longer available.

Refunds are always made through the payment operator that processed the order.
