Shipping policy
We aim to pack orders with all products available in our warehouse no later than the next business day after the order is placed. During peak and seasonal periods, there may be delays in deliveries. Our system automatically sends a notification when products ordered for in-store pickup are available for pickup.
Product availability is indicated in our online store as follows:
(Green) Available immediately: The product is either in our warehouse, and will generally be shipped within 1-2 business days.
(Green/yellow) Available, shipped in 2-4 days: The product is not in our warehouse, but is in the supplier's warehouse.
(Yellow) Available to order, ask for delivery time: The product is currently not available, delivery time varies.
(Red) Not available: The product is currently not available.
Since the same products are also sold, for example, in our store, we cannot guarantee 100% availability even if the status is “(Green) Available immediately” at the time of ordering. Availability information is updated from the main warehouse every two hours and the online store maintains its own availability information in connection with each order.
If a product is marked “ON ORDER”, the product is generally not even stored in the importer’s warehouse, but is ordered from the manufacturer according to orders. Delivery times vary greatly, and it is usually not even possible to provide a certain delivery time.
If a product is marked “Outgoing product”, the product has been manufactured or stored and when the warehouse is empty, it is no longer possible to get more of the product.
All parcel shipments are subject to barcode tracking. You can use the tracking code to check the location of your parcel on the carrier’s website. The delivery price is based on the total weight of the product delivery and the destination area. The online store displays the prices of different shipping options at checkout once the delivery address has been entered.
