Right of return
The consumer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receipt of the goods in accordance with Section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. The return value of the used product is determined on a case-by-case basis, but cannot exceed 70% of the value of the new product.

Return policy:
Please pack the product properly and complete the return form provided with the shipment which can be found on the reverse side of the shipping label. You can also make a free-form return request and fill in the return form online.

The packaging to be returned must be in perfect condition and no tape or writing must be placed on the sales packaging of the product itself. So when you return a helmet, for example, pack the helmet box in the packaging box we sent you, because the helmet box is the sales packaging and you must not tape anything to it.

If you are returning jeans, for example, you can return them in a plastic bag and tape the bag shut. You may not put anything on the sales packaging of the product.

You do not need to inform us separately about a return.

Send the package by post and use our postal return number 608511, EXPRESS package type, so you do not incur any shipping costs for the return. We do not collect pick-up parcels sent to the post office and we do not redeem postal money order parcels.

Returns processing: our warehouse will process your return as soon as possible after receipt.

Complaints and guarantee
Products supplied by Eurobiker Ltd are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. As a general rule, products are guaranteed for at least one year. The delivery note you receive with your package will serve as a warranty certificate. For delivery of products under warranty:
Products that need to be replaced/repaired under warranty can be delivered directly to our store, even if they have been purchased from our online shop. Similarly, products purchased from our shop can be delivered under warranty from anywhere in Finland using Post's customer returns service. When you send the product for warranty, if you do not have an online store shipment, please remember to write a free-form note with your contact details and an explanation of the defect in the product in as much detail as possible. Please package the product carefully and take it to your nearest post office. Remember to use our return number 608511 and delivery will be free of charge. If you send the parcel without the return number, the parcel will not be delivered directly to us and we will not be able to collect the parcel. Once the product reaches us we will rectify the fault as soon as possible.

Usually the warranty process takes 1-2 weeks. In some cases, the product will need to be sent to the importer for repair, which may extend the warranty processing time.
