Delivery methods
Product availability is announced in our online store as follows:
(Green) Immediately: The product is in our own warehouse, and is generally shipped within 1-3 business days.
(Yellow/Green) Delivery time 2-4 business days: The product is not in our warehouse , but is in the supplier's warehouse.
(Yellow) Temporarily out of stock: Product is currently unavailable, delivery time may be long, ask for availability
(Red) Out of stock : Product is no longer available
Because the same products are also sold in our store, for example, we cannot guarantee availability with 100% certainty, even if the status is “(green) Immediately” at the time of order. Availability information is updated from the main warehouse every night and the online store maintains its own availability information with each order.
If a product is marked "NOT A STOCKING ITEM", the product is generally not even stored in the importer's warehouse, but is ordered from the manufacturer according to orders. Delivery times vary greatly, and it is usually not even possible to provide a definite delivery time.
If a product is marked "FINAL SALE", the product has been discontinued or is no longer in stock and once the stock runs out, it will no longer be possible to obtain more of the product.
All parcel shipments are subject to barcode tracking. The tracking code allows you to check the location of your parcel on the carrier's website. The delivery price is based on the total weight of the product delivery and the destination area. The online store displays the prices of different shipping options at checkout when the delivery address has been entered.
